Tim Davies – Proprietor

Tim specialises in helping small to medium sized businesses reach their full potential and achieve business and personal goals. As a certified Futrili, Xero, and Workflowmax advisor, Tim strives to help entrepreneurs work on their businesses rather than in their business. In his spare time Tim is a keen golfer and has played of 4 or less for the past 37 years.

Sarah Ward – Accounts Manager

Sarah joined the John Davies & Co team in June 1988 and is a dedicated member of the practice. Sarah works on accounts, tax, vat and payroll in various trades of business. Sarah takes great pride in meeting various deadlines within plenty of time giving her clients an outstanding service. Away from the office Sarah enjoys nothing more that spending time with her family .

Helen Hughes – Practice Manager

Helen joined the John Davies & Co team in July 1995 and is involved in the day to day running of the practice. Helen deals with the administration side of the practice, day to day queries and day to day accounts. Helen is also responsible for implementing marketing ideas and more importantly is always on the end of the telephone to answer any queries or assist clients where possible. Away from the office Helen loves nothing more than spending quality time with her children and husband.

Lisa Langford – Accounts Manager

Lisa joined John Davies and Co in September 2010, after taking three years out from accounts preparation, to complete a nursing degree. Prior to commencing her degree she has worked in accountants since 1991, preparing accounts, VAT return, tax returns and weekly and monthly wages. Her role at John Davies includes preparation of annual accounts, management accounts and managing a portfolio of clients. In her spare time she likes relaxing with her family, reading, and going to the gym.

Cheryl Hallam – Senior Business Development Manager

Qualifying as a Certified Accountant in 1993, Cheryl has never looked back! She is responsible for wide range of clients including doctors, dentists, vets and charities and deals with audit of accounts, corporation tax, personal tax, general business advice to name a few. Cheryls also loves reading, music and travelling & has many varying types of pets including a Bengal Eagle owl! 

Andrew Stephens - Senior Accounts Manager

As a devoted member of the team, Andrew has been with JD & Co for 24 years and has become extremely experienced at producing accounts for a wide variety of businesses as well as assisting with book-keeping and VAT preparation on a number of computerised accounts packages. He also has numerous years of audit experience and specialises in the audit of clubs and solicitors. Outside of work, other than spending time with his family Andrew is a keen member of a local choir and can often be seen singing around the office.

Sheila Roberts – PAYE Manager

Sheila deals with paye for various clients and trades of business. Sheila has a vast knowledge in all aspects of Paye and meeting various deadlines with ease. Sheila also prides herself in keeping up with the latest paye legislations. Away from the office Sheila enjoys shopping and socialising.

Paul Marubbi – Accounts Manager

Paul mostly deal with the preparation and audit of accounts/corporation tax returns for limited companies. Outside of work I have a keen interest in most sports, however my main hobby is playing pool, in which I have represented my country (Wales) on several occasions at various levels. Including playing for the mens team in the 2012 world championships, we made it all the way to the sky sports televised semi final stage before losing to eventual champions England.
